If a bag we manufactured has a defect, we replace it free of charge. No arguments, no fine print.
Every step is inspected, from raw material intake to finished goods.
Our defect rate is held under 2%.
Every bag we manufacture is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for three years from the date of purchase: backpacks, briefcases, crossbody bags, tote bags and handbags, in genuine leather or microfiber.
Keep your invoice or order number and send us photos of the problem. Once we confirm a manufacturing defect, we replace the bag free of charge.
The warranty applies when the bag has been used for its intended purpose under normal conditions.
Normal wear and tear, fading and accidental damage are not covered.
We handle warranty requests as quickly as we can. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
The warranty covers the bag itself. It does not cover personal belongings carried inside it.

MOQ 50 PIECES PER STYLE
Low enough to test a new style before committing to inventory. The industry norm for bags is 300 to 1,000 pieces per style.
