Two totes that look identical in a photograph can differ by 200 g of canvas weight, a reinforced base and handles that are stitched rather than riveted — so we treat base reinforcement, handle attachment and gusset width as specifications, not styling. Leather totes are built with a thicker cut for the handles so they do not stretch under load, and every style is confirmed on a physical pre-production sample in 3 to 5 days before bulk starts.
Inspection covers material, dimensions, base and handle strength, stitching, lining and logo placement. Our defect rate is held under 2%, and every bag carries a 3-year warranty. Screen printing, digital printing, embroidery and heat transfer are all available for branded canvas programmes.
