1. What we make — and what changes between categories

The pattern matters more than the list: every category changes the internal structure, so the specification has to be settled before the pattern is cut.
2. Materials we work in
Genuine cowhide, crazy horse leather, microfiber leather, canvas (10 oz and 12 oz), oxford and nylon. Two decisions drive most of the cost:
- Leather vs synthetic — genuine leather raises perceived value and cost; microfiber gives identical colour and thickness across a large run, which matters when one photo represents 500 units.

3. What we can customise at 50 pieces
Embossed or foil-stamped logo, metal plate, woven or printed label, embroidery, custom lining and lining print, custom zipper pullers, custom hardware finish, colourways, and packaging (polybag, dust bag, hang tag, carton markings). A completely new pattern drawn from your sketches is also possible — it needs a longer sample window than customising an existing style. 4. Sampling: 3 to 5 days, then you approve
We build a pre-production sample in 3 to 5 days and send photographs from every angle before shipping it. Approval happens on the physical piece — dimensions, material, hardware, stitch density, lining, edge finish and logo placement. That approval is the point where changes are still cheap; after bulk starts they are not. Reorders of an approved style are faster because the pattern and specification already exist.
5. Quality, and what happens when something is wrong
Every bag is inspected against the approved sample: material, dimensions, seam strength, zipper function, hardware seating, lining and logo position. Our defect rate is held under 2%, and every bag we manufacture carries a 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
